"The location was great, for dining and shopping options, at the north end of Palm Beach. The hotel itself shows its age, but the price of the stay reflects that. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a budget option, to visit this amazing island. "

"We didn’t need cleaning everyday, we requested every other day and got fresh towels everyday. Staff was friendly and even friendly once tipped. No airport shuttle available from Las Americas. We requested laundry three times during our stay but only received the sheet the day before we left which was frustrating because we left at 4AM so our clothes would never be ready in time. We ended up leaving with a suitcase full of dirty clothes."

"Property was very dated, the carpet in the bedroom was smelly and disgusting. The lobby of the hotel looks like the reception of a Hospital. No kitchen items, not even a bottle opener or glasses in our bedroom. The staff was very friendly however. The view and location are nice. The place was quiet and beds were ok except that it wasn’t clean. "

"Everything at baha mar was amazing until we had to leave. I booked a ride to the airport through Expedia with shuttle central. They never showed up which made a very stressful situation for my 10 year old son and I. I will not use Expedia ever again if these are the companies you do business with. "

"I loved staying at this hotel paying extra for the best beach view from one of the highest floors. Staff was very welcoming and took care of me and my partner right away. They had plenty of pools including a kiddie pool, adults bar and a hot tub. CONS: No free breakfast or meals it is considered extra. The room was pretty clean except for their towels.... check the TOWELS! it was dirty and had a pubic hair from previous guest. Which means they don't change fresh towels. CONS: PAID EXTRA MONEY WHEN ARRIVED AT HOTEL I HAD TO PAY OVER $200 DOLLARS EXTRA FOR EXTRA FEES I WASN'T AWARE OR CHARGED HERE AT EXPEDIA. 4/5 HOTEL!"

"I would recommend avoiding the buffet seafood, as it was not very fresh. The meat options were acceptable. I do not recommend the Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend Bavaro Coffee, and the French restaurant was very good, especially the desserts. The Mediterranean restaurant was not recommended. However, the restaurant next door to the Mediterranean restaurant is highly recommended due to its high-quality steak. Additionally, we experienced an issue one morning when there was no water in our hotel room."
