"We have stayed at many hotels over the years in Rapallo but this is by far the best. When we arrived check in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful and showed us to our room while my car was taken away to the garage. The bedroom was clean and well set out with coffee machine etc. and a good supply of cold water. Bathroom spotless and with everything you needed. Breakfast was plentyfull and with a wide choice including hot food cooked to order not getting cold in trays. Throughout everyone was helpful and with genuine smiles. Check out was just as easy and my car was by the door without me having to ask. Excellent hotel with interesting art everywhere."

"Our room was a good size, bright and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the "old school" elevator. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and breakfast was ample enough to keep us going till we ate again later in the day. The location is perfect to explore Rappallo and also right across from the boat pier to explore Santa Margherita, Portofino and San Fruttuoso. Additionally, I had a car and the staff sorted our parking for me and provided the car back to me within 15 minutes upon request, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again."
