"American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. "

"Nice stay. We made the best of it with the accommodations. Not enough toilet paper and not enough soap or towels. No shampoos or conditioners. Ants all over the kitchen. A transportable a/c in the master because their a/c was broken. It looked horrible! Was told we weren't allowed visitors! ??? "The service was HORRIBLE!! from the check in they didn't have our reservation, and we have to find a phone numer to call the owner of thr appartment. Nobody told us that we have to pay extra for the cleaning. The place is beautiful but as i said, the horrible service and communications problems, made a bad experience for us. "
