"Very nice place and friendly staff! The hotel was very clean! I wished they offered more vegan or vegetarian choices! I had to travel very far to find restaurants that were vegan and vegetarian friendly! Other than the lack of food options, I would recommend this hotel and definitely go back!"

However, what could have been a disappointing start was transformed into a remarkable demonstration of service excellence. Shortly after expressing my concern, the hotel’s Guest Ambassador, Natalia, personally arrived at my door to offer a sincere apology. She swiftly arranged for me to be relocated to a more spacious room and graciously extended a complimentary dinner that same evening. What truly distinguished the experience was that the gesture did not end there—I was ultimately upgraded to a suite featuring a stunning bathroom with a centrally placed soaking tub, an indulgent and thoughtful touch that elevated the entire stay. The team’s meticulous attention to detail, paired with their genuine warmth and consistently positive demeanor, created an experience that was not only memorable but exemplary. It is rare to encounter this caliber of service in the hospitality industry, and The Osh Hotel delivers it with effortless grace."

"The breakfast was light and airy taste fresh. The drink were pleasant. Overall we had a good stay. The amenities seem ok somethings need updating. "

"Family stayed for only one night, and overall it was a good experience, but major things prevented a 5 star experience. The windows to our room were completely frosted and unable to be opened, providing absolutely no clue as to what was happening outside. And the tv controls were a headscratcher. Ultimately we only had access to one Spanish only station. Otherwise, the room was a very nice size, the bathroom as well. Service was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and adequate. The pool is on the smaller side but enough to not feel like a tub, and the location is acceptable, with easy access to Castillo San Felipe and the MallPlaza."
