Don't go there! they will torture you!!
Dirty Hotel... Bad service (When I showed up in the check-in, I was told: Sorry NO rooms available in here, they let me walk 25 minutes caring 2 suitcases, and provide me a room in "no-hotel" location (stinky towel, bad smell in the room, no TV...) Moreover, they stole my money, I asked for a taxi service because my flight is taking off at 6AM, they took the fare in advance to assure the ride & the driver DID NOT SHOW UP... I was running in the streets like crazy to look for a ride & almost missed my flight.

Incredibly disappointing.
This was an awful experience. We reserved through hotel.com and chose the option to pay in person. When we arrived at 8:30 pm at night to check in, we sat for over half an hour before being told that they didn’t have a room for us. Apparently, if you choose the option to pay in person and don’t arrive at a specific time, they give your reservation away with no warning, message, or any communication whatsoever. We ended up having to find a place to stay at the last minute while sitting there in the lobby. Also - taxis are 150dh which is wayyy too expensive for the short 10 min drive. They charged us an extra 150 to call a taxi for us (we weren’t able to get one due to the rain!). 300 dh later (for no reason at all because they gave our room away) we finally found a hotel by the airport, thank goodness. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I would just spend the extra money to be near the airport which has free shuttle service and breakfast included.

The man who gave us access to the room was friendly, but the room was very basic and dirty, with crumbs on the floor and dirty utensils and tissues left on the bedside table (a chair). The bed sheets were visibly dirty and we were met by a cockroach. The sink was leaking, there was 1 towel which was dirty and no basics in the bathroom such as toilet paper or soap. When we mentioned the room being dirty, we were politely told that it was not prepared because we were a couple of hours later than expected (our plane was delayed), so they thought we weren’t coming, although I’d paid for the room in advance.

Lots of issues with this place. The area around the place is shady. Once we arrived, a man came charging down asking for money. At first we didnt realize what was happening as the person didnt speak english. Husein was the host, he came out and told us we have to pay for parking. Paying for parking was not mentioned. After, he took us to an apartment, wifi in the apartment did not work. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The place was not dusted as there was a lot of dirt and dust on the furniture. Used dishes were lying around in the sink. As we were there only for a night, we tried to not let this bother us. Going to the bedroom, the beds had a strange smell to it and the bed sheets had stains, and hair on it. The water from the shower leaked out into the room as theres no curtain and the bathroom floor is elevated (strange design). Lastly, the bathroom flush is busted so we had to turn on the main water supply before bathroom and then shut it off once done. Overall terrible, scam. Stay away!

Avoid this place.
In room pictures shows bathroom, and later they tell you no bathroom in the room. Told us to cancel and rebook another room with bathroom, which would have resulted with no refund. When asked if we can upgrade to a room with bathroom, they gave us double the price shown on hotels dot com. Dishonest people, avoid it!

Tarik the host is communcative. This place serves its purpose if you just need a place to sleep overnight. It has a shared bathroom with three other rooms so be ready with expectations. Some key points: 1. Moussa, the cohost speaks French so when you get to aparťment, get wifi and use google translate if you need it. 2. The place has no address on expedia amd you need to put an address down on travel documents! If anything just write Ibis Hotel 3. The place is in isolated place so it may look shady if arriving at night. But I would suggest u take their shuttle service... taxi from airport to station near there was 100 dh 4. If u have time in morning, there is a place called hot cafe two blocks away that serves amazing breakfast for 15 dh and espresso for 2 dh...! Must try it

Tarek was a great host and very accommodating. The property is in a great location and it was easy to navigate around the town. He was also always available if we needed him.

The property didn't send a taxi as arranged. When I called the number provided, the person said this is a private apartment. I had to use another hotel. This was a total mistake to book.
