"The staff was very friendly....the room was very clean and modern.....however, the HVAC needs to be updated. Even though it was only April, our room never cooled down to a decent temperature to sleep. Even though the thermostat was set to 62 degrees our room was very warm throughout the night. We did not sleep well. Maintenance came and removed the filthy filter but that didn't help. When I complained to the front desk he said "well it is a 130 yr old hotel". We only stayed one night. "

"The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, although there were considerate staples. Not thrilled with shuttle driver for a myriad of reasons that were very unfortunate. With that, I was ultimately grateful for the service. "

"Everything was great, check in, communication, breakfast was great and set up at 5 a.m. to accomodate people. Fitness area clean! Rooms clean, beds comfortable! Definitely, will stay again! "
