"Italiana Hotels Florence was a very enjoyable place to stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well organized, making our visit to Florence relaxing and smooth. The included breakfast was a great bonus and made our mornings easy and convenient. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very helpful and practical. "The apartments are tiny but really well planned, but no tv. Ikea would be proud. Great price for what you get. It was unusually warm when we went and unfortunately the pool still shut for winter as planned which was a shame but understandable. Clean, great on site staff and shop. Lovely pub too. The bus to get into Florence can get very crowded, think London Underground with very rude mannered people, but we survived. Our son was in a wheelchair but we managed. Everyday someone tried to push in front of the chair and everyday someone left the bus with a badly grazed ankle ;-)"
