The only thing to be aware of is that you will have to either walk 10-15 mins to get to the bridge to go over to San Marco (the heart where Doge's Palace is, etc.) or figure out the hydrofoil public transport - which is much closer but a bit confusing to figure out how to purchase/use tickets."
