"Our stay was excellent the staff was great and breakfast was delicious there were plenty of choices including eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, pastries, croissants, and other good items. We were also happy to have ice water at breakfast along with coffee and hot chocolate and milk. Our room was very nice and the AC works great. Close to all the main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the public boats. We would definitely stay again. "

They have also installed a lift which makes it a little easier for a couple that is 10 years older and still haven’t learned how to pack light for Italy. "Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack. A special mention needs to be given to Sam, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful; and Alex and Owen who supported us to get to the airport when a river taxi could not take us - both of whom are considerate and supportive. Additionally, the waiting staff at breakfast were professional and friendly; making sure the patrons’ breakfast needs were met. This is a beautiful hotel that goes that extra mile to ensure their patrons’ have a wonderful stay. Definitely, a hotel with the ingredients for a great Venezia visit."
