"It’s 30 min walk from Venezia train station. No wheelchair access through. You have to cross 8 bridges from the train station. Place is close to Rialto bridge (8 min walk) where you can ride the gondolas. "
"Got there very late and the man on duty was very rude, the safe was broken and the key had to back to reception every time you left the room. Clean room, the staff on duty during the day were pleasant. Walking distance to main attractions, located in a quiet courtyard surrounded by nice eating places. "
"travelled with my family. but pls clean ur AC vent its dusty need to change the filter. i wish CS is accesable being with senior citizen hard to go to one place to another for check ins. I love all details of the house cleanliness and safetyness. "

"Loved our huge room 01. It was light & airy & lovely and clean. Nice bed, and we had a lovely canal view. A bonus was we had a kettle and tea tray, very unusual in Europe. We've stayed in different hotels in Venice before & never had one!
The bathroom was good except the tiny corner shower, so small and the doors needed fixing, and the shower head needed descaling which we told reception about, it spluttered everywhere, but we did manage.
We loved the hotel and the staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was ok, except the "hot" food was always cold. But toast & croissants were good & a BIG Thank You to Shuvo in the breakfast bar, he makes THE BEST cafe latte! The housekeeper kept our room spotless. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything us tourists need to see! Thanks to the manager too, he was very welcoming. We didn't try the restaurant but it did get busy, and it had a pretty courtyard. "
"We had a suite for five of us and it was incredibly comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is right on one of the many canals and it was only a five minute walk with our leg to the aerobus transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants right around it. The breakfast provided was very delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others as well."
"Friendly and efficient check-in. Location was good. Breakfast server was very nice and made the best cappuccinos ever! Room was spacious and clean. Location was great. Breakfast was good but limited. A few more items would be great. "
"This is not your typical hotel but a guest house with 4 or 5 rooms. It is right on the canal by a bridge and around the corner from a piazza, so a very lovely spot. Maria was at the front desk when we check in and was very friendly, nice and helpful. She showed us our room and the amenities, and even assisted with booking a water taxi for us for the airport for the next morning. The property is lovely and charming- note that there isn't an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. The rooms are decorated to make you feel as if you've stepped into old world Venice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The air con is not what we are used to in the States, but the room had a standing fan and that plus the air con made it comfortable to sleep. There were a variety of restaurants not far away. I would stay here again. "
"This is something of a gem. A traditional Venetian hotel. Has an old school feel to it with excellent service. It is on a beautiful canal.
The immediate area around the hotel is fairly quiet but very close to the action if needed. The best of both worlds. "
"The personal was very kind and welcomming, the hotel is beautiful and well situated. The breakfast is good, but not the coffee. One day he was too light and taste nothing, the other this he was le goudron.
One thing is little bit weird, you need to give your key at the counter when you go out, to prevent you from being steel in you room in case someone steal your key on the street. Witch is not a bad idea, unless when you came back and nobody ask you id's to get your key back."
