This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel. First, the staff were amazing - incredibly helpful, accommodating, and respectful. I truly felt like a VIP guest the whole stay. Second, the breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection. Third, the room was very clean and was enough space for the two of us. And lastly, location was phenomenal - super close to everything you could want within Hanoi. I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel! Highly recommended!

Lily moved me to another cruise with no notice. They actually sent me to the dock for another company without informing me that they changed my reservation. I was standing on the dock with no choice but to get on the Aqua Cruise or be stranded in Ha Long Bay with no hotel. They refused to refund me my one night stay and Hotels.com refused to do anything about it. Do not book with Lily. Do not use Hotels.com. they are not respectable companies.

The professional staff from the Lobby, the hospitality staff, the body treatment services to the rooftop bar. You were welcomed every time you entered the building and you could see that greetings were genuine and the staff cared for every customer. The morning breakfasts were of a very high standard and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Our stay was excellent, thank you and keep up the standard.
