"We're a family of five with three young children and finding comfortable rooms to house all five of us are usually hard to come by. I was delighted to find a large room waiting for us with central partition; all the children's beds (one double one sofabed) all made up. There was plenty of room to fit us all. I normally sleep poorly in hotels and in particular usually find a lack of pillows but can honestly say I had the best night's sleep I have ever experienced in a hotel. Access to the pool was included in our package which we utilised in the morning and the breakfast was super. I'd have no problem in recommending this hotel for all families. "

"The restaurant was excellent although the service was slow as there was no Maitre d' at the door to welcome and we had to wait quite a few minutes to be seated. However, the waiter cleared a table for us efficiently upon request. The setting was perfect for our outdoor weekend: rapidly flowing river outside our window and lovely views into the valley. The room was comfortable and spacious fitting myself, my husband and grown son adequately."
