From meeting Ana and Claudio upon our arrival to meeting the chef and his amazing kitchen and service staff (with a special shoutout to Naomi) to seeing the llamas every night at dinner…the entire experience was MAGICAL!"

"This hotel truly is an oasis in the desert. The property is two main "houses" with lots of well-designed shared indoor and outdoor areas including two pools, hot tubs, etc. Rooms/bathrooms are clean, comfortable, and private. Breakfast is wonderful (eggs made to order plus an extensive buffet). What makes the hotel truly exceptional is the staff -- they are friendly, welcoming, and will go above and beyond to help you if needed. Kelly in particular was a gem. It is about a 15 minute walk to downtown, so the free bikes (good quality and good condition) you can check out are really helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. "
