"Lodge Quelana is a true oasis in the desert. It’s a lovely, peaceful, well-maintained, small boutique hotel with private cottages. The beautiful rustic-modern architecture and interior design is perfectly suited for its setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mariajose, the receptionist for the majority of my stay, went above and beyond the call of duty to help with organizing tours, dinners, and taxis; the personalized service was greatly appreciated. As the hotel is located out of the town center, it is helpful to have a car, since there were occasional delays in getting a taxi. Overall, I highly recommend Lodge Quelana. "

"I was here very briefly and wasn’t able to take full advantage of my stay as I got in late and had to leave very early. The property is amazing, like an oasis in this dry climate. The host was very kind and accommodating to my schedule and she even made some sandwiches I could take with me the next day. The room was beautiful and spacious.
