Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
They did not say they did not have AC in some rooms. No window to open and small ceiling fan not circulating air. Should have put rooms with no AC on second floor, at least you would get a breeze. Sheets and towels stained and ripped. Toilet and tub stained and dirty. The only good thing was cook made good banana crepes.

Thank you for great comment but after we check this comment is not in our huts, the reason is detail below: we don't use that colour of towel, my towel colour is white. we don't use bath tube as per the picture. The wash basin is not mine as per the picture Our room is one floor but the guest said happen second floor. The room is not with AC but all our room with AC and ceiling fan. Window is available in our huts. Overall our facility is new huts in ceningan just one years operation. Please ask the guest to make sure that, totally 100% wrong hotel is not mine> Once again, Thank you
