"The property was unique and beautiful surrounded by nature felt refresh daily. The staff was amazing and kind. However, the food was not the best I would only recommend staying within the limit of breakfast that was included as the food doesn’t have much flavor. What I did not like was the private pool were extremely cold. The expectation was the pool to be at least a regular shower temperature throughout the day but it was extremely cold at all hour of the day. If you experience cold plunge before that is the temperature of the private pool. There must be an alternative of heated option for these pools."

"The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is close to the National Park. Food is okay, pretty much the exact same thing everyday in the buffet. No menu. Hot water is a maybe. Maid service is okay. Elevators don’t have accurate floor numbers. No room service. Front desk speaks no English. "

Food and cleaning was excellent and the staff was above and beyond… Our personal Concierge Julio Rodriguez was 100/10 .. he even prepared a Happy Anniversary surprise without asking … I am Very grateful for everything… It is a quiet place , perfect for relaxing . "I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place "

"Overall, the hotel grounds and nice and maintained. I can say the rooms were nice and spacious as well. The only problem is outside noise in the apartment. My 1 bedroom was outside of the pool with kids constantly screaming. I was able to tune it out but the bedroom located in the back faced the road and you can clearly hear every car driving by. Thankful the road is clamber at night. On my second day there was a high pitched loud buzzing sound coming from the courtyard. I couldn’t tune this sound out and it was extremely irritating. I walked around to see where it was coming from and finally asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I also noticed my balcony door didn’t close all the way. The front desk said we don’t have any other one bedrooms available and said nobody ever complained about this noise. I offered to take a downgrade or even pay for an upgrade to no avail. I convinced them to come hear the sound and they finally agreed and learned the sound was coming from a motor outside of my room. They shut off the motor and all was well and they sent someone to fix the door. The motor was back on my last day but I just dealt with it. The front desk could have handled the situation better and offered some accommodation rather than dismissing my claims. Overall it’s a nice place but not relaxing and staff could have been better. I’d think twice before booking this place or at least book a room on the higher floor to avoid the noise. "
