"Check in was effortless, with lovely young lady (with excellent English!) at the front desk. Breakfast was a very good assortment of food (hot, cold, salads, etc) constantly replenishes by servers. The ambiance of the hotel is welcoming. The rooms are a bit small but we'll appointed. The location is perfect for exploring Konya sights. "

"Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time."
