In my first room the light from the bathroom was not working and it actually had water liking from the room above into the light fixture. I was able to get another room however we had no hot water the entire time we were there. We were offered a discount which I have yet to receive yet my siblings have received theirs and we all have the same bank. Some of the graveyard shift members were extremely rude. Aside from also having to pay $45 per day for parking. Will never stay here again."

"Hotel was solid. Great location with friendly staff. Issue is with the final bill. I have been attempting to get a copy of the final bill but the hotel, to date, has been unresponsive. In reading other reviews on various platforms, other travelers have had the same issue."

"False advertising, they claim "free bikes", nope. Supposed to be a luxury place, but feels like a regular hotel. Pool area is ok, rooms are ok, their amenities are inexistent, staff is great. Food is ok, their drinks are substandard. I would NOT book this, only as a " regular" hotel. Not worth any extra price. Good location, but there are better choices."
