"Going to bed and waking up in Yosemite Valley is amazing! Being able to enjoy a beer on the deck and find your favorite coffee in the early morning is comforting and heartwarming. Staff at check-in, at the food establishments were excellent: welcoming, friendly, ready to help, in the busy-ness of it all. Parking was a little like musical chairs - and we eventually found spaces. Our tent cabin was clean, with 2 towels, sheets, pillows, and a blanket. We also brought our own sleeping bags. Even though everything was really clean, we did see mice droppings. We chalked it up to outdoor living and it was no problem for us. "

"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared. During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a family traveling with three kids (ages 11–16), this moment stood out because it disrupted what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. My children felt uneasy due to the noise and tension. I have already reached out to management, as I believe this is something that can be improved for future guests. Aside from this, everything else during our stay was wonderful. I hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for others."
