"When we opened the door to our room, it was immediately obvious that someone else was already staying there. When we returned to the front desk and told them of the problem (and that we had reserved a king sized bed) we were told that there were no kings available and that getting a room through a third party was no guarantee that we would get what we had paid for. We were assigned a handicap accessible room, which had an awkward bathroom set up and a shower head that was shorter than me, and I’m 5’ 7”. The hair dryer had a button that had to be held down to keep the dryer operating. I stopped drying my hair before it was completely dry because my hand got so tired. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice with some leftovers we had. (Not something that I checked for on the website. Those two things tend to be pretty standard in typical hotel rooms.). The guide on the television didn’t match what the channels actually were. We showed up for breakfast at 6:00 which is the time the front desk clerk had told us breakfast started. Turns out on the weekends it doesn’t start until 6:30. We ended up going ahead and checking out because we wanted an early start to getting our daughter moved."

"The staff was anything but helpful, and rude during any interactions. The shower had no pressure and when I asked the front desk about it, the attendant said he had turned it off and would not give an explanation for why. There were bugs in the shower when we arrived, and the room smelled like mold. Overall experience was terrible and I do not recommend that anyone stay here."
