"Never has a Bad experience there… staff always kind and helpful… the las time the room wasn’t that clean and it looks like it was a dog at that room because it was a strong dog smell in the bathroom… I don’t have anything against dogs but if I pay for a room at least I expect to pay for a clean smell room… like I said at the beginning never had a bad experience at this place but this last time the room wasn’t clean enough"

"Staff was friendly and informed. The building was fairly new, well maintained and clean. Very easy off and on for interstate I-86. There was a fair amount of road noise from the interstate, but not so much that it affected sleep. The thermostat was a bit finicky but worked okay once got used to it."

"The most needed improvement for me would be to replace stained carpeting and furniture in the rooms. Once you have tried and failed to remove the stains, the only thing left to do is replace the soiled carpeting and furniture. It may be clean but it looks like crap."
