"The front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. This is the only DT I’d ever been too that was stingy with cookies. Must be a California things. They have no roll aways, parking sucks, and lastly I was put in a room next to a room that was having carpet installed. 5 am! At 5 am carpet is being kicked into the wall right where my bed was! Ridiculous! I was offered no explanation or compensation or response when I chatted with the front desk. They do NOT clean rooms daily, even if you request it. They brought sheets to the room for me to change my bed linen myself. THE WORST! "

"Lots of hidden charges, $60 if you park in their garage EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE, the property information states they are “pet friendly” but do not have adequate areas for dogs to do their business, and they charge $75 pet fee despite not having facilities to manage them. They also charge you a $150 deposit and say it will take 5 days to go back to your account, I have little hope that they will return my deposit at all, even tho we left no mess, my dog is well trained, and we stayed only 1 night. The room was ok, blankets are terrible, the hallway carpet smells of mist and urine."
