"I would return there because the hotel is conveniently located near the main points of interest in the area. In addition, the staff makes you feel welcomed and properly trained. The landscape is so beautiful and well maintained. On the other hand, the showers could use some touch up and a sewer smell that is coming from the bathroom at times. We asked them to switch my daughter’s room because that smell was horrible and it was done in a prompt manner. We had the same issue in our bathroom but we used perfume for that pungent smell and turned the ac on the days we didn’t have any activity planned outside of the hotel. "

"The property is extremely kid- and family-friendly. They have everything you need to keep your children entertained and provide special supervised activities at the pool. The food is excellent and the service is unmatched. The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. The front desk staff was excellent, led by Marcelo. At meal time, Yamila provided amazing service with a smile. We had a great first visit to Brazil thanks to the staff."
