Well run, well placed hotel for business & tourist
Nice friendly hotel, good quality staff and excellent self-service breakfast. Well places a short walk up from the ferry which is a 2.50euro ride from Como, although buy your tickets ahead of time on line. Room and bathroom are OK comfortable bed, reasonable shower, plenty of places to eat, post office a short walk away and post cards can be obtained from local newsagent, a couple of doors way. I wasn't disturbed at night by any noised the AC in the room works very well.

A very nice hotel, great location within Cernobbio. Room was very clean , breakfast was good. Overall a nice hotel, not luxurious but perfectly adequate for a base to discover the beautiful area

Central location and great accommodations
The overall stay was very good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was great. The only issue was that the A/C was controlled by the hotel. We couldn’t lower the temperature (August) and it automatically turned off during the night…it became hot in the room and we were sweating. I turned it back in the middle of the night, only to see that it had been shut down again when we woke up.

Good quality 4* hotel
It was a good 4* hotel. The reception staff were really helpful, the staff serving the breakfast worked hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Parking was easy enough. The hotel is within walking distance to the lake front and have a few good restaurants nearby. As there were no lifts in the hotel, their staff also offered to carry our luggages up the stairs when we checked in. Not sure if Covid has made people forgot about eco friendliness. We didn’t want to change our towels everyday but they seem too keen to change them each day!

The parking was great with lots of spaces. People were friendly so the stay was overall great. But there were a lot of noise from outside even though the door was shut. Too loud sound when the door is opened with a card key making it impossible to be quite. Location of the hotel is great very close to the lake but I do have doubts coming here again at this price.

Good place with a lot of space for a family
The hotel has large rooms with a bed on the ground floor and a bed in the loft space for a large family. It is located in a nice and walkable neighbourhood, five minutes away from the ferry to the city centre. The area around a ferry terminal has a nice car-free promenade that is great for kids to roam around and play. Breakfast was good as well.

Beautiful, clean, updated, extra firm bed…
The hotel, while having been there for many years, is nearing completion on a major renovation. The room was spotless, spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast was absolutely on-point and delicious. My only complaint is the sleep-system. The bed was extremely firm and the pillow was no different..flat as a pancake and hard.

Nice stay at Cernobbio
Small but comfortable hotel, a short walk to Cernobbio ferry. Friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast is ok. Nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner. Short taxi ride from San Giovanni train station (from Milan). No elevator but only staircase. Ok for a 3-story flight of stairs. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
