"Hotel is in good location if you need to stay in the Bay Area. Staff is friendly, rooms were clean only downside is there was only one ice machine working for the whole hotel and it was out of ice when we went to get some and one of the elevators was out of order which made waits long at times to get to our room or down to the lobby. "Pool and restaurants at hotel are good and staff was great. The hotel rooms leave a lot to desire they are old and run down our balcony rail was loose and unsafe room sliding door was loose. Very unsafe "

"Breakfast was good but do not expect a continental one lol but definitely had everything you need to get your morning started! Loved the location bc everything you need is walking distance and loved the area and atmosphere. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again. "
