I didn’t have a great stay I ticked the good star.
The thing about the Berkeley is it should be re-named as it bares no resemblance to the original Berkeley Hotel we first stayed in 30 years ago .It has gone through some great changes over the years the Blue bar and Collins room designed by David Collins and didn’t Sir Richard Roger’s design the entrance .
Now you have the Collins room area that has nothing to do with the hotel and a strange mash up between the new Emory hotel owned by the May

Check in was smooth and all staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything available to make our stay comfortable. Luxury is apparent everywhere, but not flashy like some hotels. Quality and comfort abound.
We had such a lovely stay, the bed was super comfy and even the third bed we had put in the room was super comfy.
The staff even left a birthday present for my mum when they discovered it was her birthday.
A very special overnight stay and I would stay again in a flash.

Great staff-very pleasant and helpful. Sorted out any issue straight away. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and pillows, duvet and bed linen were all excellent quality.

Well i think the pool did blow my mind by how warm it was. I think having to pay for parking and breakfast was unexpected.
