The #1 reason I marked down the rating is due to EXPEDIA - NOT HILTON.
EXPEDIA did not mention anywhere on their booking site that the activities at the resort would be inaccessible to us due to the building being painted and/or renovation on the rooftop where all of the activities would have been (everything was closed: the pool and jacuzzi, the pickleball courts, ping pong, and all of the other activities). Construction workers/Painters began early...
