"Excellent hotel, stayed there several times and it's always a great experience"

"Hotel far below expectations. The room was very poor, with a view of a wall, no air conditioning, and a musty smell. Breakfast had very limited options; to get a few additional items, it was necessary to pay extra (even though breakfast had already been charged as part of the stay). There were no options to order food at night. A terrible experience. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Great property - staff is friendly and accommodating. I was a VIP check in and they forgot to bring my complimentary bottle of wine. Once I reminded them it was sent to the room. Also look at the bill at check out - they add a room tip for housekeeping that is not mandatory to pay especially if you have already left one in the room."
