"The Rembrandt is ideally located for the V&A, Natural History Museum, Hyde Park and environs. Tube stop about 10 min walk with several lines. The staff is lovely, bed comfortable. The room furniture is dated but my bathroom was recently updated. Toiletries just the basics. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. Bar and lounge very nice. I would stay again. "We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "
