No baths and difficult to get to
The pictures had a bathroom with a bath. There are no baths in the hotel! To find the place is difficult as one can't use Didi (local Uber) to search for the hotel. Besides that it was nice and comfortable.

Regarding the location of our hotel, there is a metro line no.5, just new released, near by our hotel, around 2 minutes by walking.
Our operation team will be pleased to assist you with the transportation if you would like to order DiDi or taxi.
Regarding the bathroom, some of room categories we have bathtub only.
Again I am grateful for all the feedback you provide, and I wish to have the opportunity to welcome you back again and see us being better in the very soon.

We like the bedding and sofa as well as free wi-fi. We don't like the buffet that much. could be better for the price? put all western foods together and improve quality of both Chinese and western foods.

The room was comfortable with a small sitting area. Plenty of universal outlets and USB plug ins came in very useful. Bathroom was spacious and had nice amenities. Breakfast buffet had many choices, both Asian and Western. Many restaurants available in the immediate area. Short distance from airport.

Very nice and helpful check in staff and housekeeping. The room was cold and heat could not be turned on. Discovered an open window which could only be closed by a maintenance person with a ladder. Small black flying bugs in the room presumably came in through the open window. They did bring a space heater promptly. Checkout staff were pleasant but authoritatively directed me to the wrong airport terminal.

The hotel was was great. The service was wonderful. The location was perfect. The hotel is new and does not come up on maps. It was difficult to navigate back to the hotel.

This was my first trip to China and had a wonderful experience in Chengdu. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown and the airport. There are restaurants and cafe in the nearby pebble walk which is picturesque and spotless. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. The morning break fast was fresh and the variety was good (try the morning ginger tea).
The city of Chengdu was gorgeous and when I returned to the hotel in the late evening, I felt absolutely at home. I would highly recommend this hotel for any business traveler who needs peace and quiet after a hard days work. There is a nice gym available if you need to get in some cardio during your stay.

A little far for local attractions. Bad location if you plan to visit the Panda and Loshan Buddha statue in one day.

The panda base you mentioned is located in chenghua district, which is an AAAA scenic spot in the far suburbs of Chengdu, about 40-50 minutes' drive from the hotel. The Leshan giant Buddha is located in leshan city, 150 kilometers away from Chengdu. We are look forward to Chengdu next time to explore the Chengdu’s local culture.
