Staff never fail to welcome guests with a warm smile and greetings! Especially the house keeping staff who will greet you GOOD MORNING with a very genuine smile every morning :) Nice and helpful staff :) they resolve any issues within the shortest time possible! The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

I stayed for 4 nights here and it was a fantastic time. The pool area was nice and the food was pretty decent. The location was good with many bars and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Room very clean. Staff very helpful and courteous. Shopping and makan places are nearby. Room air conditioner very cold. Good.

Fuss-free check in and out. Convenient location to a cafe right opposite and other touristy spots nearby. The staff were professional, welcoming and approachable! We were lucky and got upgraded to a room with the city view. Rooms were clean, functional and spacious for our simple luggage. Overall a really pleasant stay, will definitely book this hotel again for future visits!

Pleasant experience. The free flow of coffee and snack bar outside is a bonus.

Hotel is next to MRT and LRT.

Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

Friendly and but not many shops around hotel area.. need to take taxi out

Stayed in Pullman 3 times during my Business visit to KL. Would love to be back.
