"We liked the location of the property, the room, and friendly staff. We didn't like that there was no ice machine and we had to call to be brought ice. The TVs are also very old and a bit fuzzy."

"I was staying there with my grand daughter because it was close to XNA. I got a suite with a fold out bed in the main room. There was also a separate bedroom. I pulled out the couch bed and there were no sheets or blankets. or pillows. I called the front desk. They brought sheets and a blanket up, but did not put them on the bed. They just droped them off. So we are at a hotel, and we had to put the sheets on the bed ourselves. Not exactly what you would expect at a hotel where you are paying almost $200 a night. And the pool and hot tub were still out of order for over a week. "
