"Loved and Disappointed. The location was pretty convenience to cross the Thames to get to St Paul church by the Millenniums bridge or a 7 min walk to the Borough market. The amenities were great with the full kitchen, the refrigerator, the dishwasher, the washer/dryer. The lighting wiring was intelligent of light sensors in bathroom and closets, USB outlet for both nightstands. Suggesting posting the basic instructions to run the appliances in the room. "We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower."
