We’ve stayed at Bob W a few times now and have always loved our stay. The staff are very responsive to requests. The location is convenient for traveling all over the city and the room amenities, especially the washing machine, are great for a family.

Great central location near the Tower of London, with shops and restaurants close by. The room was spacious and well equipped, which was a pleasant surprise for a budget stay. However, it got quite hot even in mild weather—fans didn’t cool the room effectively, and the windows only open slightly, so ventilation was limited. Room A1 had a constant low bass-like noise, which I initially thought was from clubs, but it continued even on weekday mornings. Possibly road noise, though a clearer explanation from the hotel would be helpful. Overall, a decent budget option if you’re prioritizing location, but be aware of the potential for heat and noise.

We did enjoy the stay and did barely miss anything we expected from the Apartment. The location was perfect for us. You can find anything within minutes. Not just the Tower 🌉 and Sky Garden 🏙. There are a lot of Pup's , foodstores and shops all around. We would stay again at Bow W. Tower of London Apartment.

Nice area and the place was very clean, excellent communication with the staff. Just one thing, be aware there is not lift, you have to carry on your luggage to the upper levels by yourself. Other than that, I recommend to stay in Bob W!

It is perfect for long stays - spacious room, kitchen is well furnished and staff is very responsive. It is also very clean and well-kept. The only challenge is that there is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage you will need to organize how to bring them up if you are on floors that are higher than Level 1 and Level 2.

Enjoyable Stay at Bob W Tower of London

Excellent stay at Bob W Tower of London. I didn't expect such a roomy and modern hotel. The room had so many extras like plug adapters, charging cords, washer/dryer, etc. It's not in the heart of the tourist area (excecpt Tower of London) so plan on taking the tube or cabs to get everywhere - we liked that. Good customer service as well.

When we arrived Rob was doing a final inspection on the flat & greeted us and even went down to bring our luggage up! Fantastic hospitality and the flat was impeccable! We had some issues with the TV not working well, and we were very excited to use the Free Gym pass but when they gave us the code (to the local gyms online pass) it said we had to pay a registration fee which I didn’t expect. But to be fair we just ended up not asking the Bob W Team ab it and we never went to the gym so if you want to use the gym just check with them first if it is really REALLY free. Some things in the room were also amiss like hooks not fully attached to the wall. Dispute all of that, we did very much like our stay!! Very awesome location and I wish we used the kitchen because it was nice but there was too much amazing food around. They were also very responsive when we did have questions, and the rooms inside were quiet so even though there were almost certainly other guests we did not hear them.

Clean, modern and had some very nice touches. Kids loved the little cubby cupboard with cushions and lights (which our 6 year old ended up sleeping in). Kitchen had everything needed. You do have to make up the sofa bed if staying with more than two people - but good instructions were left and it was pretty easy to do. Sofa folded flat and gave a good sized comfortable double. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast (cafeteria and coffee provided). Also liked the instant develop camera for a couple of snaps/souvenirs. Excellent location for tower of London and other sights visit. And was handy to be able to make use of the downstairs left luggage facility while we went to tower of london on our day of departure.

Amazing 17 night stay

A perfect blend of anonymity from an apartment and service from a hotel. Easy and instant communication from What's App. Free honey pots left for us on Bee Day. They text you to schedule your cleaning with an easy link. Love the keypad entry. Large size shampoo and soap provided. Note: this is a walk up. I was in #2A and its 4 flights up. No elevator. It was tough getting my big suitcase up. And this is London. No A/C. Steps from Tower Hill Tube station and Fenchurch Train. Number 15 bus right outside the door takes you to center of the center of town. Would definitely rebook.

Third floor is difficult when you have heavy luggage since there is no lift in the building, LOUD AF and not ventilation within apt. Windows open slightly, four fans provided.
