She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. "Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Very walkable but far enough away from the main crowded street. The staff were excellent! They even helped us get a reservation that were struggling to get and brought hot water with lots of lemons and honey when my throat was bothering me. Breakfast was also a highlight!"
