I wish there were better small things that would make our stay (with 2 little kids) more memorable: bottle of water, some kid activity welcome gift/snack, honestly a coloring sheet would do it, but there wasn't anything like that. It would be a nice touch. Everything else was fine, clean, small room, amazing views... Just that one little thing that makes you go...awww that's nice!"

"Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."
