"Great location near transit, nightlife, and everything else in between. Very clean property, with fantastic amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful. Overall a great stay! Definitely coming back here again!"

"Room was very big for the price, however the bed was pretty rock hard and pillows were like concrete. The washroom was dated like the property. It was nice being in the main building but with all the curves it’s easy to get lost. The Lawson down stairs in the lobby was super convenient. The downsides are you can ship your luggage to the hotel and they’ll hold it til you arrive. But if you have a future reservation they will refuse to hold your luggage regardless of your reservation. It’s a very weird policy at this specific location. Never had this issue at the many other toyoko I’ve visited across the country. For the price point, you’re better off going to stay at hotel nikko or tobu as it’s a lot more comfortable than concrete."
