Balcony overlooking the city from the 20th floor, easy walking distance to restaurants and the subway, plus Whole Foods is right across the street.Will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Chicago. This location was excellent. Red line, Whole foods , Trader Joes and Giardanos all 1-2 blocks. TV was streaming only, no local channels. Area felt very safe. I used the full kitchen nightly. Great value. Super easy check in and out.

Helpful desk clerk when we arrived and what a perfect location for walking around downtown. The two bed, 2 bath hotel room was great for our girls weekend. Any problems were responded to quickly. My only complaints would be the couch was not the most comfortable and early or late check-in cost an additional fee.
