Hotels near Chocolate Museum

"A very unique hotel with beautiful art images. Conveniently located and app. a 25 min walk along the Rhine to the train station. A wonderful breakfast with lots of options in a tastfully designed breakfast room. Unfortunately the design of the washroom was disappointing with the sink outside the toilet/ shower area. A partial shower door caused water to spray on the floor and surrounding area unless one stood directly in the corner of the shower and handheld the hose. For those with mobility issues the tub/ shower is rather high"

"Hotel was clean, modern and in a great location. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Very central and I would stay here again. "

"The room was clean, and they have comfortable bed. The staff were nice especially the front desk staff, as well as the restaurant staff. Breakfast was good and restaurant food were good too. However I didn’t like the idea of unisex sauna and bathroom. 😞"

"I must say the staff at reception were absolutely fantastic. I like English breakfast tea and there was never a problem bringing me teabags up at the room, We stayed for five nights on the fourth night. We both noticed the noise coming from the overhead heating air-conditioning grill panel and we had it all switched off so I mentioned it’s the reception and they suggested we could leave all our stuff in the room and they give us another room on the same floor, which was wonderful of them so we slept the night in that one and it seemed to have sorted itself out the next day, so that was really good of them. There was no fuss at all. And the breakfast had a really good choice of hot and continental food, but most of all it was the staff that especially the reception staff they were amazing."

"Clean rooms, very nice staff, great breakfast. Excellent location for sightseeing and sitting outside at a huge variety of restaurants and cafes; great shopping nearby. Easy access to the Rheine river front. Very good place to stay for the (not cheap but reasonable) price."

"Great location and nice room. But the elevator was broken and the sauna was made out of order while we were there."

"The room was on the first floor next to the elevator, which resulted in us hearing every guest as they exited and entered the elevator. The slamming of doors could also be heard and felt through the wall, and the street noise late into the night, and early into the morning, was also an issue. Additionally, the television did not work, and the light on the left side of the bed also didn't work. Overall, it was a decent hotel in a good location; however, in hindsight, we would probably choose an upgrade to our accomodations. A solid three out of five stars!"

"I was very pleased with the quality of everything at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to try. The location of the property is within walking distance of all attractions, and I did not have to use the vehicle during my entire stay. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will try to stay here again. "
