Love this place! Convenient to grab to TRX and restaurants nearby! Apartment is sparkling clean, tv in each room. Nice bedding and five star service from the staff. Swimming pool opens till 11pm and my kids could swim after dinner! Breakfast was perfect and staff always greeted us with smiles.

Fantastic location, walkable to the main malls with some good food nearby. Recommended stay.

I love everything about this hotel

Great location to shopping areas and local foods. Would definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

The place is very new and looks like we were the first one to use the room at 21st floor since it opened 3 days ago only at the time we checked in it was still ongoing furnishings and minor touch ups at the common areas. 5 1st floor is a must see view of Petronas towers and KL towers with an infinity pool and gym. Good stay but need to highlight these few points that needs to be improved First, I booked for 2 br with 2 king size beds but I got 1 with queen bed the reception didn't even...

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

Facilities are a bit run down but generally comfortable. Service is prompt and service staff has excellent attitude. An enjoyable stay. Location is good too.

Proximity to Petronas Tower is a few blocks away, high-end malls is also nearby. The hotel can be rated 5 stars for cleanliness and cheerful/polite staff.

Excellent location. Next to KL Sentral and Little India. We parked our car in the hotel, and took KL hop on hop off bus around the KL city. The room is clean and staffs are very polite and nice.

Very good security control at the hotel, very convenience to buy food at nearby hotel. For sure will cone back to this hotel

Stayed 1 night with brother and sister in law. We all had a pleasant suprise after assessing the rooms. They were spacious and clean with bathroom attached to all 3 rooms and an addtional toilet in the living room too. There also 3 balconies, we use it for drying our laundry LOL. Breakfast wasn't that bad but requires addtional variety.

Stayed on 12-14/11/22 because it is near MITEC where niece had a concert to attend. The hotel is within walking distance (about 15mins) to MITECH and 20 mins to Publika Shopping Gallery. The 2 bedroom comfy suite is very clean and spacious. Hotel is also clean and the staff at the reception are always friendly and ready to help. The first night we had problems with our room key cards and went to the lobby to inform the receptionist. The lady changed the cards and went upstairs with us to...

When I lost my passport on the Grab and I inform to the staff and Manager and all are many assist to me for finding my passport. Very very good for service and assistant.
