"I had a room without the attached bathroom, I was very pleased to see how many bathrooms there were. After imaging a queue I never saw another soul in the hallway let alone near the bathroom! This was a very busy weekend with 'Shakedown swing ' right next door. It was so handy to the black box, but with the Christchurch gardens and Hospital so close there are many reasons why you would choose this hotel There were also safe gluten free options and with a separate toster"

Crowne Plaza Christchurch by IHG

Crowne Plaza Christchurch by IHG

8/10 Good
"We were checked in by a fantastic young man who was extremely professional an asset to the check in staff. Room was beautifully appointed and clean with a beautiful view. Only downside was the milk and the shower. The small tubs of milk are painful to open and are not a great showcase of the quality milk we produce in NZ. The shower was frustrating, one min it was scolding hot then the next freezing cold the pressure was non existent I gave up in the end . After a long day a good shower would have been fantastic. Would certainly stay again"
