"Perfect place to stay overnight after our flight arrived at midnight. Very efficient check in which got us to our room quickly. Unfortunately the bathroom sink drain was broken so we ended up with a sink full of water by the time left the next morning. And there was no hot water so we started our day with cold showers!"

"When we checked in we weren’t told that the rooms we were given had accessible bathrooms which is not what we booked. So we had to go back to receptions and get allocated a new room. I was grateful to get one room upgraded but it would have been better if staff shared what they were allocating upfront. Changing rooms wasn’t convenient. If you want to be out at night, this hotel is located a bit further away from the riverside restaurants and we were told that it wasn’t safe to walk back at...

"Location of CCH was absolutely perfect, right on Cathedral Square in the centre of town. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping and the tram right on the doorstep. Unfortunately no breakfast available currently but we were offered voucher for breakfast at Ibis around the corner. Very big room overlooking the Cathedral. Had a nice time in the rooftop bar for sunset drinks"
