"Eddy from Front desk, was extremely professional and friendly. Our housekeeper on first 3 days was professional and friendly (sorry didn’t get her name) This was our third stay at the resort. Next time, want to try the Cook Suite. Like to see a bathtub in plus suites. I would pay more. The shower (water) pressure in room was low. (useless) Not water saving if it takes you 10-15 mins for a shower - if you want us to take 2-5 mins. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Great location, so convenient to get around, city tram is literally downstairs, easy to catch buses to airport too (#8 and #29) and will definitely stay here again. Staff are very friendly and helpful; love the welcome drink at the bar; lovely greeting card and sweet macaroons in the room on arrival. Tip - politely request the room facing the stadium, and you will be amazed with the view. - The shower and tap was a little tricky to operate (adjusting water temperature)"

"We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located hotel. We didn't have a car and we could walk to Cathedral Square, New Regent Street, Te Pae Convention Centre, Hagley Park, restaurants, etc. Our room was clean, spacious, and well--equipped. The hotel has a gym and small cafe. Highly recommend!"
