"Château on the Park rates 10 with us. From the minute we arrived the staff was so welcoming and helpful. We came in on a very early flight, so of course our room was not ready, the staff offered us a cup of coffee and told us to relax in the lobby, until our room was ready. We decided to go out, they held our luggage, so we wouldn’t have to lug it around. When we did check in we’re given warm chocolate chip cookies. So good, my husband got warm cookies almost everyday we stayed there for a midnight snack. Thanks guys, now he is so spoiled. The room was roomy and comfortable, we asked for a microwave, got one in an hour. Breakfast buffet was so good. Thank you Chateau for making our stay in Christchurch so awesome. "
