It was amazing!

A charming historical inn and hospitable hosts with great location, my partner was so reluctant to leave.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families with kids. The attic-style beds were a huge hit with the children and made the stay extra fun. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also loved the outdoor table area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The hotel provided great amenities, and overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families...

All I can say is I should stay more than 1 day! Great onsen with sulphuric minerals. Good location, 2 ways 10 minutes walk from centre but hey! Who is rushing? Near 7-11 and another convenience shop and cake shop and bus station.

It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Hotel staff provided excellent service from the moment you stepped into the property. Breakfast service is equally outstanding. For a change, it is a unique experience staying in a tower.

The frontdesk staff are polite and helpful. The room is great - spacious, clean and has great amenity. It has a continuously filled and always hot onsen which is super convenient, and we enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast was good in terms of variety and the quality. It is pricy but I don't feel my money is wasted.

A truly memorable experience. Our room assistant (Nene) and the ryokan's staff were very helpful and polite. Something that warmed our heart was that they noticed we were not back at the ryokan at around 6pm (most of the tourist attractions in Hakone close at 5pm ). The staff went the extra mile by giving us a call to check if we required any assistance or transport. Very pleased with the service and accommodation.

Big modern ryokan but maintain the personal traditional feel of a ryokan. Superb onsen facilities n excellent service displayed by ALL STAFF. Fr greeters at the door, reception, lady who served us the kaiseki dinner, lady who set up our futon bed, onsen staff n staffs at the bfast hall. They were all superb n attentive. Its is located next to Nagara river n walking distance to main tourist spots eg Gifu castle n etc

Very clean and great service! The whole place is bean-themed which is very cute. Every part of the welcome snack and breakfasts had some kind of bean. They also have very nice free homemade drinks. Your room also has a chocolate bean snack which is really yummy! There’s a private toilet (no bath) and sink in your room, with plenty of private baths available on the first floor. Love that the bath water is sourced from Yubatake - very silky. Bath amenities and toiletries were also amazing, and you...

Small but cozy ryokan with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our 2 nights there very much

Clean and Stylish

Modern Japanese aesthetics & spacious rooms. Loved the open kitchen & coffee tea set up in the lobby. Front desk was especially kind & helpful in addressing my bag forwarding needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very nicely decorated & cozy. An excellent location (in the woods feel), though we did lost our way. Looking for it. But it was all worth it. A great property for staycation!
