I had trouble turning on the AC and the staff went in person and helped me with that. He also helped me find a converter to use for charging. Elin helped us find a spot to purchase reasonable priced suitcases and James helped make our checkout process super easy, helping with a late checkout last minute and supporting with our taxi back to the airport. They both really went above and beyond and made the end of our trip so positive. The rooms are big and airy, the bathroom is also such a good size with a decent hairdryer, the TV is massive and has netflix app, we loved every bit of the room! There's a cute coffee place across the road called Coffeenie, we frequented it almost everyday we stayed here. Their coffees are delicious, its a super cute spot.
