"The hotel is right inside the Pile gate and down the first street (alley). It has been remodeled and is very modern. The staff was in touch with me before we left the US. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that there is no elevator. Lots of stairs to get to our 4th floor room. It was loud all night if we had the windows open. We had to close them to sleep. "

Shower was powerful and got hot quickly. We needed to leave our bags after a 10am check out and they gave us another key for the front door so we could go back later to collect our bags.
