"Centrally situated and a good base for walking the city. Our room had a city view — some were windowless and very small. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very good shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Grace on the front desk, who helped us print documents needed for our crossing to Cambodia. Breakfast was a good variety, with an egg station and phó as well as other hot and cold options. There’s also complimentary afternoon tea, and a happy hour for drinks. Minibar is complimentary on the first day. There’s a small, adequately equipped gym on the top floor. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenience, easy to access to all the attraction. It is right in the heart of Saigon City, close by the Northern entrance of Ben Thanh Market. The room was not as I expected but was not that bad at all, it seems a bit old. The set back was the room I stayed in does not have a windows. The daily breakfast was good, different menus everyday. All the front desk reception staffs to the Bellboys and the cleaning lady were great, friendly, very helpful. They would help you with your luggages, called the taxi, showing you the direction where to go or find a good place to eat. Kevin was exceptional, communicating well, he would go the extra miles to help you out when you need help of anything. Overall it was a great 5 days , memoreable stay in Saigon. Love it...Hope to be back soon 💖👍"

"The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one. Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life. "
