Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

Our stay at D1Mension Residences was unfortunately very disappointing. The apartment did not match the photos shown on the booking site. We were placed on a low floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley, which was not what we expected based on the listing. One of the main reasons we booked this property was the swimming pool, but access was denied because we were not official residents — something that was not clearly mentioned. We tried to reach the host multiple times through the app with no response. Eventually, we had to rely on a local friend to call them directly. Even then, no solution was offered. Later, they claimed someone had come to assist us, which was untrue. They had our contact information but made no effort to get in touch. The apartment itself was average. There were very few towels, and they were small and not suitable for a comfortable stay. Overall, the experience was stressful rather than relaxing. After two nights, we chose to leave and move to a different accommodation where we finally found the comfort and service we were looking for. I would not recommend this property to travelers seeking a smooth and restful experience.
