"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room we were given was in an older wing of the hotel, which worried us. There was no direct elevator access, and it was a bit of a labyrinth to find the right staircase. But we were SO pleased with the room itself. Even lovelier than the photos. The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. "Hotel was a great end to our 2 week tour around Scotland. The parking was my biggest concern but the hotel partnered with Omni at the nearby shopping center and as long as you pre booked it went very smoothly. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The restaurant was pretty good with great staff. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks and enjoyed our experience each time. "
